Terms of Business

1. To start cooperation  with us you need to register by filling out the registration form and attaching the company’s  registration documents.  Once the documents have been checked  your  account will be activated. You  will then be able to place orders and see the wholesale prices. The registration is free.

2. The minimum order is only 50EUR.

3.  Accounts where no purchases have been made in the last 60 days can be considered inactive and can be cancelled.

4.  We accept payments by:

• Bank transfer
• PayPal (Paypal Account: info@7-heaven.pl) +3% Paypal fee

If the payment does not arrive within  10 days from the date the order was made then the order will be cancelled.

5. Processing time

• The processing time for orders with all products in stock and paid by PayPal or bank transfer is 48 hours from the date when the payment was received.
• The processing time for orders with all products in stock with the cash on delivery option (Poland only) is 48 hours from the date when the order was made.
• The processing time for orders for any out-of stock products is approximately 10-14 days for all payment options.

6. Shipping cost for EU countries is 20EUR regardless of the weight of the parcel. These orders are sent by the courier company GLS. For non- EU countries the shipping cost depends on the country and the customs clearance fees - it will be agreed on individual basis.  These orders are sent by the courier companies GLS or Fedex.
 

7.  Retail prices should not be lower than the suggested prices stated on the product page. The only exception can be special offers previously agreed with us.

 
8. Discounts

• The order with value above 1000EUR - 5% discount
• The order with value above 2000 EUR - 10% discount
• The order with value above 5000 EUR - discount can be negotiated individually

The stores which are actively promoting the brand 7heaven may obtain additional discounts which will be agreed on individual basis.
